CRAIG LAMPRECHT - CONSULTANT
WelcometotheTeam.Craig has 17 years’ experience in the Human Resources / Labour Industry. During his working career, he studies and obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management, a Diploma in Labour Relations as well as a Certificate in Labour Relations Management. Craig started his early Human Resources career path with a local Personnel Agency as a Service Consultant, supervising staff on site in the retail field. He then moved into the position of Contracts Manager with a National Labour Broker where he was responsible for large contracts and management of Site Supervisors. Apart from these functions Craig has handled the full Industrial Relations processes for clients, including disciplinary hearings and CCMA representation. He has also represented clients at Safety meetings and coordinated training as required for various positions. His expertise in the Labour and Generalist Recruitment industry combined with his friendly, outgoing disposition with both candidates and clients will ensure that he excels within our organisation. We welcome Craig on board and wish him many years of success and happiness with Ann Swann Personnel Services.

Congratulations to Christine Müller who has been promoted to Branch Manager at Ann Swann Personnel Services cc in Boksburg. Christine joined the company in April 2016 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant handling predominantly permanent generalist recruitment. During her time here, her position has grown to encompass all aspects of permanent and temporary staffing solutions as well as HR /IR consulting and advising to various clients. Throughout her time with the company, Christine has proved herself to be a loyal and committed employee, who goes the extra mile ensuring a consistently professional and personal service to both clients and candidates.
Her passion for customer service excellence is essential to the growth and development of the company and is aligned with the goals of the organisation to become a leading example of “Service Excellence” within the Staff Recruitment Industry.
Commenting on her promotion, Christine said “I am incredibly honoured and excited to be taking on this new challenge during these exciting times. Christine has over 14 years’ experience in Human Resources, with extensive knowledge of our industry, which she gained over a period of 6 years in generalist staff recruitment. She worked in Contract Labour / Labour Broking for 7 years, managing all aspects of on-site, outsourced and contract labour staff both on-site and within the steel construction industry. Christine also spent three and a half years in the corporate field where she held the position of Senior Human Resources and Industrial Relations Officer. She also spent 2 years in Business Development where she gained invaluable experience sourcing new business, developing clients’ relationships and key account management.
We know that Christine will take up this challenge with the enthusiasm, energy and positive outlook she always has and we wish her all the best for the future. has taken over full responsibility for the leadership and development of this renowned East Rand organisation. Managing the key responsibility of the
